English: This volume brings together key texts from the CPCE General Assembly, including preparatory documents and the outcomes of doctrinal discussions on mission, the nature of the church, and shaping its future. It also documents interconfessional dialogues, notably the 2004 declaration with the European Baptist Federation. Speeches by Wolfgang Huber and Ferenc Mádl, as well as reports by the Presidium and long-time Secretary Hüffmeier, are included. The Amman Declaration (2006) is published here for the first time in German translation.

Deutsch: Der Band versammelt zentrale Texte der GEKE-Vollversammlung, einschließlich vorbereitender Unterlagen und Ergebnisse der Lehrgespräche zu Mission, Kirchenverständnis und Zukunftsgestaltung. Dokumentiert sind auch interkonfessionelle Dialoge, insbesondere die Erklärung mit der Europäischen Baptistischen Föderation (2004). Reden von Wolfgang Huber und Ferenc Mádl sowie der Bericht des Präsidiums und des langjährigen Sekretärs Hüffmeier sind enthalten. Die Amman-Erklärung (2006) wird erstmals auf Deutsch veröffentlicht.
